Control Panel
GoDaddy touts its own control panel, although you would be hard pressed to find an example or demo from anywhere on their site (or anywhere else on the internet for that matter). As with most control panels, there is a careful selection of task-centered menus (Domain Name, Email, Website, Secure Certificates, Customer Info, etc.) all selected by clicking on large, obvious buttons.

GoDaddy is not the company with the best customer support. They may be more interested in providing quality and cheap service. They offer email support, forums, and toll-free phone calls to their customer support, but no live chat available. And their VPS hosting, dedicated servers and cloud hosting was un-managed by default, which means you need to learn how to use, config and problem solving with its own web server. If you want better service, you have to pay more.
